Dr. Zhang is a quantitative social science researcher with expertise in rigorous study design, advanced statistical methods, and implementation science to tackle complex social and behavioral questions. She applies a data-driven approach to inform applied research and improve organizational outcomes, with a strong ability to translate analytical insights for diverse audiences. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. and M.S.W. in Social Work, as well as an M.S. in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Chicago.
