Dr. Zhang is the Chief Operating Officer at WORC, where she leverages her deep expertise in quantitative social science, study design, and statistical methods to drive organizational excellence. With a strong foundation in applied research, she brings a data-driven, systems-oriented approach to optimizing operations and advancing strategic initiatives. She integrates analytical insight with operational leadership to enhance performance, strengthen organizational processes, and support mission-driven growth. She translates complex evidence into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. and M.S.W. in Social Work, as well as an M.S. in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Chicago.
