WORC Joins Expanding ESOPs

WORC is proud to announce our membership in Expanding ESOPs, a coalition of more than 80 organizations on a mission to dramatically increase employee ownership.

Expanding ESOPs is transforming corporate America by unlocking novel wealth-building strategies with the implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Through ESOPs, sharing the rewards of companies’ successes with the workers who make that success possible has the potential to reshape our economy in a way that builds wealth for everyone.

This work goes hand-in-hand with WORC’s research, advanced diagnostic tools, and workplace philosophy. Expanding ESOPs is helping companies across several sectors of the economy tap into the power of ESOPs.  WORC knows how to effectively leverage ESOPs through strengthening ownership cultures using rigorous data and we look forward to contributing our unique perspective to this effort.
